I've forgotten my password to access my Agency Profile on the BBSN Portal?
Help! I've forgotten my password! Read on to find out how to reset your password if you already have an account.
If you are a BBSN Approved Agent Member and already have a personal account set up on the BBSN Portal, you just need to head to our Forgotten Password Page and follow the instructions to reset your password.
To reset your account, you must use the email address that you are already set up on. If you use an email addresss that is not recognised, you will not be able to get reset.
The reset email should reach your inbox within five minutes from our no-reply@britishboarding.net address. If you do not receive the email - please check your spam / junk folder as your system might have filtered it out.
